Founded in 2012, Hangzhou Baishiteng Technology Co., Ltd. specializes in the research, production and export of water-based industrial cleaners and PVDF (polyvinylidene fluoride) resins. From our 20,000 m² manufacturing base in Hangzhou's Qiantang District, we serve customers across metal processing, electronics, architectural coating and chemical processing industries.

Our in-house R&D laboratory works side by side with production, allowing us to tailor formulations and grades to each customer's process — from degreasing performance on a specific alloy to melt-flow targets for PVDF extrusion.
